dh 2-3 minggu p1 den dapek 1 bar ajo pakai modem bosar tu yg kaler putih hijau

bilo komplen dio suruh buek cmni;

1. Reposition Modem

Step 1 Launch Internet Explorer or any web browser of your choice and type http://10.1.1.254 in the address bar, and press Enter.

Use the following username and password to login:

> Username: XXXXXX
> Password: XXXXXXXXX

Step 2 Please kindly take note of the RSSI, CINR and TX Power.

Step 3 Change the position of the modem,
RSSI should be more than -80 (for example -70),
CINR should be above 15dB and
TX Power should be less than 15 but not zero.

Please try to reposition the modem. Kindly reboot and relocate the modem to nearest window to improve coverage and monitor the speed.

Try to browse the internet again once you get the proper reading.

2. If the issue is still unresolved, try to reset the modem.

Nak stable amek unifi la. Kalau nak portable mcm webe amek je digi infine 150. Mmg mahal sket berbanding webe tp berbaloi. Ramai mmb dh pakai dr streamyx 4mbps rm149 include GST..

Pada pendapat saya drpd WEBE hilang customer baik mereka menaik taraf Plan WebeBroadband mereka kepada 100Gb (setiap bulan) + 100 minit call all network +100 sms all network = RM79 bulanan

Ini lebih baik dari hilang ribuan pelanggan....Ada cadangan lain tak?
