Watch out FXopen!!!Everyone read it!!

WHAT IS THE POINT TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH ZERO BALANCE??? SO THAT WE HAVE TO DEPOSIT AGAIN, YOU GIVE US SPIKE, THE ACCOUNT BECAME NEGATIF AND YOU MAKE IT TO ZERO!!! IS THAT YOUR POINT???

If the account became negative (it can happen during the GAP for example) you just need to send a request to [email protected] and balance will be fixed to zero or order will be recovered (incase of spike). Person is deciding by own if he/she want to continue copperation or not.

The client has quot the same as you had, his balance became negative and we fix it and made account back to 0. As I posted before this quot will not be fixed for both lose and profitable orders executed at that time.

i think, spike had free margin down and second position was closed with margin call too.

IF YOU KNOW THAT THE DATA FEED IS SUCK, THEN CHANGE IT... I KNOW BEFORE THIS ALSO YOU HAVE ENCOUNTERED THE SAME PROBLEM, THE SPIKE... IT IS EITHER YOU DIDN'T WANT TO FIX IT OR YOU ARE THE ONE WHO CREATE THAT SPIKE...

You may notice that futures are offline at fxopen and have been for a week. This is due to the spike problem which came from the quote provider, NOT FXOpen. A new quotes system for futures is due to come online for futures very soon to give a better futures price feed for FXOpen clients.
There was a similar quotes spike problem in the past with forex pairs, and that has been fixed. The spikes on futures was a new problem, and FXOpen is taking steps to rectify the problem. You can't ask more than that.

esok kalo BNM start raid forex ni aku akan salahkan ******* sbb pasal diorang amik depositla buat kita sentiasa dlm bahaya dr BNM.. tp tu laa..sbb dah dpt sebulan 20k-30k RM sebulan duit komisen bisnes diorang..nak pikir ape..peduliklaa apa2 pikir dulu tengkuk sendiri..tak gitu?

kalu ko nak komen pasal brokers fxopen go-on tak payah lah cakap member tu penyokong kuat ... memasing ada pendapat sendiri ...

aku trade ngan fxopen since mac 2007 ..takder problem ..takkan aku nak cakap aku ada problem plak ngan fxopen ..sedangkan withdraw semua canteekk ... takkan nak kata fxopen teruk ... tu nama tak mengenang budi namanyer ...
