You obviously know nothing about regulation since your company is not regulated by anyone.
Both Dubai and Australian regulation are government run regulatory bodies with far more prestige connected to them than NFA.
NFA is a private club with no connection to government. If you break the club rules, you get taken before the court by the NFA in a civil suite and have client funds frozen and the broker shut down. This happened recently to FXLQ, Velocity4x, Royal Forex, Solid Gold, and SNC Investments, all NFA "regulated" and all have thousands of clients left out in the cold.
