My reason for selling it is because I made the site because it's a good idea and I wanted a challenge, now that it's finished I'm done really.
There has been virtually no marketing or SEO done so with some work this has the potential to be huge.
Even without any SEO the site has good rankings on google for search terms such as 'moneybookers to paypal', 'e-gold to moneybookers' etc.
So please remember that no marketing has been done. And it has only been open for just over a week.
The site gets an average of 50 unique visitors daily.
I understand that the adsense earnings are pitiful at the moment but again, remember the site has only just started.
About the site
The actual site is an installation of Joomla with a LOT of custom code to allow people to make exchanges, there are saved in a mysql database. E-mail are sent automatically. A cron job which runs daily also sends payment reminders, makes exchanges expire if we haven't received payment in over a week etc.
Take a look at the screenshots of the exchanges admin section which is totally custom coded for the purpose of this site.
My coding ability isn't brilliant so whoever buys it I'm sue could make it even better and add more features to make the site easier to run. You also can use this site to sell Egold and accept RM (Ringgit Malaysia) for the payment.
What you get with the purchase
The domain name www.virtualchange.net which I will transfer to you on dyandot.com
All the files for the site of course.
The mysql database with all current users accounts and exchanges already present.
Instructions on how to set it all up on your own hosting instead of mine (sorry no hosting provided, unless you need some, in which case we'll work something out).
If you want to try out the site and make some exchanges please include the word TEST somewhere in you paypal address or moneybookers address or postal address.
*The page views per month and unique visitors per month are predictions, as we've only been open for half a month I multiplied our current page views and uniques by 2
Revenue Details:
The profit comes from the fees which people pay you when they make an exchange.
There is also adsense currently on the site but I haven't optimised this or anything.
