We were working hard to find why the failure caused again.
It seems that there are some network issue at the upstream network provider.
So, we are moving the affected accounts to another server right away.

Sorry again for the late updates. Please be assured that we are working round the clock to make sure that our members sites are moved to another server to eliminate anymore downtime.
