Senior Credit Support Manager, Custodian

Key responsibilities

Operations

Review and manage subordinates performance and productivity of Security Documents Custody functions as follows:-
- Tracking on return of security documents
- Updating of collateral data in LOADS system
- Safe-keeping of security documents
- Management of the movement of security documents
- Provision of security documents upon request from
internal / external customers
- Support all Recovery Units in retrieving and
photocopying of security documents
- Security compliance confirmation
- Reconstruction of missing / defective security docs
- Custody and management of credit files
- Management of inward mails
Provide support to supervisors to analyze and resolve problem
Recommend and implement process improvement initiatives
Provide direction and guidance to subordinates to resolve problems
Manages relationship and network with internal / external parties
Maximize resources available to meet / optimize operational requirement.
Monitor staff discipline and conduct

Requirment

Minimum of 5 years experience in a Financial Institution preferably with exposure in credit support functions.
Possess planning and organizational skills
Possess analytical and problem solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Possess initiatives
IT literacy

Vice President – Dealer Management (Hire Purchase)
Kuala Lumpur


Responsibilities:
• Ensure Hire Purchase disbursement target set by the Management is achieved.
• Create strategic/ promotional tie up and relationship with principle brand manufacturer.
• Assist in creating opportunity for branches to penetrate into local branches and dealers.
• Identify and penetrate niche and untapped HP market.
• Develop, execute Hire Purchase lending business and marketing plan for business centres to adopt.
• Appoint and review panel dealership.
• Multiplying business relationship with dealers e.g. offering of Floor Stocking; PBT/PBR facility.
• Track business centres in relation to their respective disbursement target vs actual.
• Track marketing initiatives undertaken by Business centres to assess and evaluate their results.
• Visit business centres and dealers in assigned areas to improve rapport, obtain feedback and request from dealers to be channeled to the Management for consideration.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Business Management/ Marketing/ Retail Management or any other related disciplines.
• At least 5 years experience in marketing of automotive industry in financial institutions or related industry.
• Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns in promoting products and services.
• Able to identify opportunities for development and launching automotive industry related product.
• Able to identify new retail and enterprise Hire Purchase market segment.
• Must be able to work under pressure, tight deadlines and embracing challenges.
• Result oriented, good team player and passionate with work.
• Able to communicate effectively and work with all levels of people.
• Able to work independently, have great attitude, highly motivated and dynamic.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia – both spoken and written.
