Qualification - Degree in Administration / Economics

JD:
-Improve forecast accuracy with robust forecasting process - review sales trend, gather forecast information (including promotional plans) from sales, trade (customers) and other sources.
-Responsible to calculate and analyses the gap between forecasts and actual sales.
-Make adjustment to forecasts based on changes in demand and market trends.
-Implement actions for improving process and root cause identification.
-Ensure the success of launch and promotional plans, coordinating availability of finished products.
-Measures and report sales performance against forecasts.
-Monitor stock availability and inventory levels; working with Supply Planners and forwarding agents to secure stocks on time for sales.
-Provide supply related inputs and recommend sourcing alternatives for gap analysis; and highlight critical stock issues to team
