Quantity Surveyor
Position available for project located at Kerteh, Terengganu and Langkawi,Kedah.


Responsibilities:

• Handling and preparing for progress claims and progress payment.
• Possess good understanding of pre and post contracts administration.
• Candidates will have to be responsible and work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Lead the delivery of accurate, timely and responsive surveying services for each project.
• Measure actual work at site and analyze subcontractor prices.
• Responsible for project progress reports and feedback.
• To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior from time to time.
• Should be conversant with MS Office and Excel spread sheets.
• Possess team spirit, self motivated, result orientated and proactive persons.
• Feasibility analysis, tender documentation and bill of quantities.
• Forecasting, cost planning and produce monthly reports for clients and company.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), -Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Should possess own transport.
• Full-Time positions available.
