Position: Business Development Executives (2 Position available)
Company nature of business: Beauty Service Industry & E-Commerce Industry
Company location: Megan Avenue 1, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
Working hour:
Mon to Fri - 9:30am to 6:30pm
(but mostly BD will be outdoor, flexible working hour)
Looking for person with this characteristic, such as:-
- Persistent on pursuing every task on sales
- Know how to appreciate opportunity of chances
- Independence person
- Build own initiative/effort
- Internet savvy
- Person must be at medium & fast learner type
- Work hard & Work smart attitude for certain duration probation (will be review)
- Smart managing time table schedule
- Trust worthy
- Positive business orientation mindset
- Talkative
- Professional in handling daily activity
- Have interest in building inner carrier of e-commerce industry
- See a job as platform to build up carrier path
Candidates requirement:
- Must posses diploma or degree in marketing, management study or mass communication
- Able to meet deadline of target sales submission base on team
- Have a good practice & routine of sales marketing + basic clerical work
- Posses own transportation
- Posses own equipment laptop
- Need have I.T Sales & E-Commerce work experience background
- Level of work experience: medium, junior
- Age requirement: 20 to 30 years old
- Open for all gender: Male / Female
- candidate race: Any kind for Malaysian citizen only
- Candidates must knowledgeable of using Microsoft excel, Microsoft Word, Google Calendar (website/mobile apps platform)
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia conversation
(fluent in mandarin or other language are added as additional bonus)
- Must be able to follow order & instruction on from manager of company standard priority
Job Scope
- Practice a daily cold-call to new account merchant
- Maintaining good understanding relation with merchant
- Report daily activity to Manager & CEO
- Updates daily activity appointment with merchant to manager
- Follow-up updates on merchant base on appointment
- Prepare outcome report on each merchant on weekly meeting
- Prepare smart skills solution how to tackle merchant on each appointment
- Built high level of communication between BD team on details
- Attending appointment with merchant on good business ethic
- Make sure all materials description detail from merchant are collected
- Keep merchant info. as high priority as private & confidential
- Complete on merchant target focus submission on each month
Monthly base salary: RM2,500.00 to RM3,000.00
(opportunity get increase salary upon proven track record of sales submission)
Benefit: Travel Allowance(Toll, Parking) ~ RM2xx to RM3xx Fixed amount,
Phone Bill/Internet ~ RM2xx Fixed amount.
Epf, Socso contribution from employer
Sales Commission: Base on total complete target submission
Others info.: Training of product service will be provided upon get hired
