Saya memerlukan Transfer Domain.. current domain registered at your server sbanrnya already have (Dummy)..there are a few domain nak ditranfer... so how? including database and file..

The clue is "Domain transfer is only works with Domain Registrar (such as mynic, enom, dotfm, opensrl dan bynk lagi termasuk yahoo.com) not Hosting Provider."

Kalau tuan ada domain dari mana2 server luar, no need to transfer it to me. Pertama kena tengok that domain park under 1 hosting or lain2 hosting. Maybe dalam park domain or maybe in add-domain or mungkin single server. Tu kena detail tu.

Jadi, saya cadangkan, bagi elakkan domain tu akan sebabkan website down, sy minta tuan buat step ni:-
1. Buat full backup.
2. Add (bukan replace or delete) nameservers dalam domain tuan. Kalau tuan delete, nanti kita susah nak trace with actual server domain tu park.
3. Buka support ticket, sy akan terangkan step seterusnya macamana.

Biasanya, perpindahan data dan file dari hosting lama ke hosting baru akan mengambil masa 3 hari ke 7 hari bergantung kepada saiz asal laman web atau hosting.

Harap penjelasan sy tuan boleh fahami. tq

Jaminan server down dari pihak Tuan?
- 99.9% uptime since we're using cloud network. That why bila some domain nameserver use cloudflare, it will cause redundancy of cloud network. so, no need to change to any cloud nameserver anymore, just use our nameservers.

4. spec server? dan berapa user di sharekan dalam satu server?
5. Mysql database tu 1, so satu website yg menggunakan MYqsl database je ke yg boleh di install.. macam wordpress, wordpress guna 1 Mysql database, so 1 wordpress je ke boleh install?

bos... kebetulan plak, aku tengah cari hosting ni.. nak buat web shopping cart.. domain baru beli kat obersi.. domain saja.. so x de masalah kot nak tumpang sini.. hehe.. kalau okey nak tekan kepala rimau kuning' ni sekarang..

p/s: radio yang tempah hari tu pun x sempat nak sentuh lagi bos... masa tu macam x cukup je 24 jam sehari.. aduii.. x per kan x 'gajikan dj' kat station saya tu.. pintu je kot yg ada..
