• 5 years experiences in insurance business, 3 years technical underwriting experience in affinity, short-tail, accident and health, or property and casualty insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics or related field or equivalent combination of work and education experience.
• Strong analytical skills to extract, analyze and report product performance trends
• Business orientation, ability to create viable underwriting models that support company growth plans
• Market knowledge and experience to advise BD areas on products and prices
• PC Skills: Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and excellent command of Excel
