Tonight's Fireside chat was really one that just reiterated everything we've always said about Global One and their vision, our vision.
It may have looked kind of calm for a couple of weeks, but there is a lot of movement in the San Diego offices.

Right now a forensic team is reviewing the comp plan, the future, the present and the past. They are not just looking at it from an accounting perspective, but also from the programming side.
The pressure that the Global One leaders have continued to put on the company does pay off. They will not stop until everything has been reviewed and corrected!
The company never communicated about that directly to the field, but we were told, that is what these Fireside chats are for. So please trust us on communicating this honestly with you.

We also heard that the bio products are there, now it's the cosmetic fine tuning, like what size will they use to sell and which ones to launch first. We even had a snapshot of them and I can tell you, they would make every bathroom look like a 5 star bathroom.

Again it was emphasized that an affiliate's success comes from the sales of products.

Support has been pushed and worked hard to get all outstanding tickets handled. Right now they can answer all of them within 24 hours and are aiming to bring that further down to 3-4 hours. That is awesome! There will be starting a new type of calls in the near future. The company is now identifying which leaders will be involved. These calls will handle comp plan questions, everything that is unclear about policies and the business. When the leaders understand 100%, they will be able to communicate and explain to their teams correctly.

The new back office will undergo some changes with the addition of graphic designers, experienced on landingpages and banners etc. These do take some time, as it is not just about graphics, but also the wording. Everything needs to be perfect and again, 100% legit and in line with comp plan, policies and legislation.

Travel is in internal beta testing and will come out really soon, but....even though we did get a date, we're not gonna give you a date on it. Just keep your eyes open.

The new website is coming along really well, it will be well designed and sleek, something we all will be proud of.
