Trade - Trade.com

Thanks, yes, I'm only interested in CFDs for now. After reading the full thread I got interested in DMA as well, but I'm not ready to invest $5 at once.
You are quite right about hundred buks not being a sufficient enough amount to trade fine, but I perceive it as a test deposit, so that I can see with my own eyes, how well are th executions and that kind of stuff here.
No offence guys, but I can't trust anybody else's opinion on this matter, until I get my own experience.

That's fair enough. The trouble is that all traders perceive broker's service quiality based on thier past experience and trading system/approach requirements. A scalper and investor will never get the same opinion on executions quality simply because for the first one milliseconds will matter, and the second one will only care that his trade gets executed fine this same day LOL

Hahah, you've got it correct. That's exactly my point. I wil be depositing in October I guess, so I'll be able to contibute my opinion to this thread as well.

Looks like the US shares got tired to grow with no retracements. Finally! Does anyone still regret here he didn't invest this summer?

We all regret we didn't invest invest this March, I believe. In any case there are some things we can influence, and some that we can't have an impact on. The past belongs to the last sort of things. So lets focus on the current moment and plan accordingly to the experience we've got.

I don't see any serious indication of a trend reversal yet. So I must point out that the Experience comes when we can clearly see the results and can interpret them with a cool head. At the moment I don't think a question about investments and regrets is appropriate. Or am I missing something here and SnP has got below $2000 already?
How are the things going with your new trade.com account btw?

I tend to agree that we can only speak of a trend reversal in american incdices only if they break below at least $2200 for SnP500. I must note though that american market tends to retrace with a speed of light. Only crypto can compete with it in this regard. So when the time comes to make conclusions, it can be too late LOL.
Answering your question, I recently funded my account, in the end of October, with $100. Didn't have a chance to make enough trades yet. Just opened one trade and closed it immediately. All worked with no lags, but you know, one trade is not a statistically reliable sample :D

LOL, yeah, the sample isn't that impressive.
Good to know so far all is well.
I think it's worth considering a big long off the 2400 support, but this is no finacial advise, for sure. A mere opinion of a retail trader.

Well, now that I've got little more experience I can do my own little review on trade.com CFD trading conditions.
I've conducted 32 roundturn trades so far using EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY and XAUUSD. Market executions result in minor slippages and first I was not that impressed with executions. Yet later, when I forgot to exit the market before the major news release, I started thinking that probably they are actually good in market executions. My stop slipped by around 10 pips only, while they could easily quote it for 50 pips slippage, considering the size of the move at the time of release.
I'm not that impressed with support team work though. I need to mention that as I can a difficulty verifying my home address and it took little long to get some assistance.
Most importantly the brokerage service itself, when it comes to executions, spreads and those kind of things is quite good, so based on my small 32 trades statistical sample i can recommend trade.com for partnership.

Thanks for the review, that's helpful and I wish more people cared enough to leave their notes on used services. It could have made life much easier for us all
