Sorry for the super late reply. Got my car (altis) tinted on the 16th of Jan. Superb service from Ong's staff although i did not lias with Ong face to face. Went to the Subang branch. Really good workmanship too. Now waiting for my warranty card only. There were bubbles on the window but after a couple of days, the glue dried and now it looks just great. The tint works well, a lot of diff in when i drive in the afternoon sun. Would recommend Ong to the rest of the forumer. TWO THUMBS UP!!! keep up the good work.

got the tint done today... good explaination by chong... and nice & clean work place... there are some bubbles but it'll clear soon hopefully...

i tint with the indulgence series 82% IRR... which is very good... however, the drawback was the std front tint 60% IRR... once u have a good tint, u can compare the difference... kinda regret..

should have added a little xtra for the ray barrier front windscreen upgrade... the price is defitnately worth it...

conclusion, good tint. but if got a little xtra cash, pls upgrade to IR series or at least front windscreen change to ray barrier... definately worth it... cheers!!

Tinted my car yesterday at one of the branch .. I go for full car RayBarrier (except for sunroof) .. so far so good .. now 'baking' my car under hot sun as advised by Mr AmuroRay.

Firstly, after fill in a form, the installer check my car for any defect before they can accept it (to avoid any problem with customer later)... the installer rounding the car like 4 to 5 times, check power windows, bumper, door, even to my sport rim and tyre ... wahh ..*

Then he drive the car to the installing room and it takes 2 and half hour to complete the tinting. Nice job. No need to dismantle the door panel. My dashboard/seat/door panel is well covered before any liquid sprayed to the glass. The waiting room also nice .. got a lot of magazine .. but no Astro or wifi ..

After the tint completed, they drive out my car and call another staff to check the tint (Miss June). I'm satisfied and they present me with the bill/receipt amounting the real price which is more than 2k ... wahhh .. i really save a lot la .. thanks to Mr AmuroRay. He quote me a wonderful price ... At 4pm, AmuroRay sent SMS asking if everything is OK. He is very friendly ...

HIGHLY recommended.

Just had my car tinted last Saturday thanks to Ong.

Was greeted by one of the salesgirls who did a brief explanation of the process (since I already know what I wanted -* took the indulgence package + Ray Barrier windscreen upgrade).

For newbies, you can actually test out the different types of tints they have there via a little "light bulb test".

Try it... you'll feel the difference, especially with Ray Barrier.

The tinting took about 2-3 hours.

A group of five or six technicians went to work measuring the films and cleaning the windows/windscreens.

From the waiting room, you get to watch the work being done. If nature calls, there's a nice bathroom beside the waiting room.

If watching them work is not your thing, there are lotsa magazines to read.

Thirsty? Go get a glass of water at the water dispenser.

Bored of waiting after a while? Do what I did. I headed to the nearby mamak shop and had a cuppa tea with my friend.

By the time we got back, they were already done.

Don't get shocked when you see the watermarks. They're normal as they'll dry up after some "baking" under the sun.

The salesgirl told me not to wind down the window or use the heating elements at the back until the film had completely dried up in three days. They paste these little stickers on your window winder to remind you not to use them for at least 60 hours.

She then asked me to just call her if there's any problems.

Once I got home, Ong SMS-ed me to remind me what the salesgirl had told me. Only instead of three days, Ong said to "bake" for a week. I guess no harm baking it a little longer.

"Baking" my car has been a little tricky these days though due to the showers we're experiencing here in KL.

But all in all, I'd say I'm quite satisfied with the tint. There is a difference with the tint on. It's not as freaking hot as it was before without the tint if I leave my car under the sun.

However, since I took the Indulgence package, I'd think that the heat deflecting effect would be greater if I had gotten the full Ray Barrier package.

Those of you are up to it, go for Ray Barrier.

And of course Ong's quotes are very good.

Got my car tinted with the Intense series thanks to Amuroray. He arranged everything from price to appointment to after sales service immediately after installation. The shop was nice and clean with a good lounge with Astro to kill time. The service is good and the car kept clean by having a seat cover to protect the seats from dirt. Now waiting for bubbles to dry up in a week. So far lots of difference when driving under the blazing sun.... not so hot and glaring as before.

Best experience is AmuroRay's excellent service....... something I have not experience before and hope other service providers witll follow. Syabas bro !

Hi, I have installed full RB with AmuroRay (2-3 weeks ago,can't remember).

Appointed me to Cheras branch and installed by Ah Poh and a young guy for about 2 hours.

So far the tint has no problem, i'm not able to give comprehensive feedback because the sky is dark when i go to work as well as when i off work. But it does cool off very fast when i on the aircond.

tint is good, price is worth, workmanship is good too.
anyway it is still new, I will keep on observe

Baru install full RB + security film dengan amuroray kat cheras. (10 a.m 27/8/2010)
Rasanya yang install tu namanyer Ah Po.
Komen aku;

1. Pekerja dia sgt ok...explanation yg jelas dan mesra alam..
2. Pastu buat keje xde tergopoh gapah..relax dan tekun je...w'pun ada customer lain tgh tunggu. (better buat appointment dulu)
3. Tempat menunggu yg berhawa dingin dan ada majalah yg boleh di study.
4. Tinted so far ok..xde problem.. cantik dan kemas...mmg puas hati.
5. Cadangnyer nak amik Immaculate Series... tp biler test 'heat rejection' kt bulb..berbeza giler ngan Impeccable Series (RB) w'pun beza IRR 5-7% je..so sambar terus Full RB..mmg berbaloi..xpanas lansung..mendung smcm je.
6. Akhir sekali..tgh tunggu warranty card.
