Thrive FAQ: 1. When do Token Rounds start?
Private Sales will stay open until the end of Jan-2018 and require a minimum contribution of 100k EUR €. Public Rounds will follow.
2. How to participate?
Payment will be accepted in ETH, BTC, LTC and fiat currencies. The transfer has to be made from an ethermum wallet supporting ERC-20 compliant tokens.
3. Can US citizens participate in the Token Sale?
No. SEC regulations do not allow US residents and citizens to participate in Token Public Rounds. Only 99 “accredited investors” from the USA will be accepted (as defined in section 501 of the securities act) during the Private Round.
4. Can I be sure that I will receive Thrive Coins?
Thrive Tokens are sent automatically through Ethereum Smart-contract. Thrive Smart-contract is placed on GitHub. It is open and accessible to everyone.
5. Will THRT tokens be listed on the exchanges after the TGE is completed?
Thrive team is currently collaborating with main crypto exchanges to include Thrive Coin in the trading list. Tokens will be released on the Ethereum (ERC-20) Blockchain and will be made available for transfers.
6 What can I do with my THRT tokens?
THRT tokens will be listed on the main exchange. As soon as Thrive is Live, Thrive ERC-20 tokens will be exchanged with Thrive proprietary coin. Thrive Coin is native to Thrive, it is the only currency used in the marketplace to buy and sell advertising or to get rewarded for data sharing or website reviews.
