just nk share & cr solution, aku dah beli 1 umah ni, rege die 75K, aku dah byr 7500, ingatkan nk pau duit bank - markup S&P so jd la 80k, malangnye market value bank bg 70K je, so dpt la dlm 63K;
75000 - 63000 - 7500 = 4500 <<<mane nk cekau ni??

solution yg dijangka:
1) withdraw KWSP - tp Acct 2 aku ade 1800 je
(byk kuar utk byr study fees)
2) markup dlm legal fees - bank mskkan dlm amt loan umah, max - 3900 (kowtim dgn lawyer mintak alter quotation jdkan 3900) tp still x leh xcover lg:
actual legal fees : 1875
---> 3900-1875 = 2025 (kene cr lg 2475)
alamekkk....cmne ni kwn2? otai2? kalo ade cadangan, komen share la kt sini
