Temporary implementation of captcha

We are currently implementing Captcha feature for security measurement. This kind of deployment would be temporary in some periodic time until we satisfy the effectiveness of our network as well.

So for this time being all visitors will need to fill up verification number to ensure human identification instead of malicious robots.
