Position: SME Loan Consultant

Responsibilities:
-To assist Small and Medium Scale Enterprise (SMEs) in applying SME loans Governmental or Islamic Scheme.
-To serve and expand existing client base.
-To provide consultation services to SMEs in the area of business financing.
-Carries out risk assessment by collecting detailed information on each client through meetings and filed visits (home, business, suppliers, customers, guarantors, community …) and does loan appraisal (financial analysis, repayment capacity, duration of loan, collateral, etc).

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
-Required skill(s): analysis, marketing.
-Required language(s): Chinese, English
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred
-Ability to work confidentially.
-Good understanding of the business activity, in Market.
-Ability to communicate and to maintain good relations with the clientele.
-Explains the loan process to potential clients and verifies clients’ eligibility for a loan.
