Remuneration: Negotiable based on qualification and experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend Preventive Maintenance at site dan Prepare maintenance reports on time to your superior as briefed
- Maintaining Air Conditioning system
- UPS, Genset, Electrical Switch board, WDS, CCTV, Fire Fighting and CO2 System- fire alarm panel, smoke detection systems, Center Monitoring System and PA System
- Electrical equipment – single phase and three phase
- Domestic and commercial water pump system
- Grease trap and sewerage pipe line system
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Professional certificate, diploma or equivalent
- Good technical, analytical and trouble-shooting skills
- Knowledge in electrical and air cond maintenance is a must
- Good communication skill
- Able to speak BM and English
- Experience in air cond maintenance will be an added advantage
- Able to work overtime if needed.
