:Role Purpose Statement:
Implementation of technology applications, solutions and services for Malaysia printers/converters to maximize customer satisfaction, this includes colour matching, technical service and provide support to Puchong manufacturing operations to achieve business needs.
:Main Accountabilities:
• Implementation of technology applications, services and solutions to respond to customer requirements in line with defined objectives, quality standards and budgets.
• Efficient job responsibilities and time management to provide defined technical support and services according to customer/superior agreed timelines and standards.
• Coordination and resolution of technology related customer claims by providing optimized solutions to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with manufacturing operation and QC team on the control and supervisions of new products manufacturing and process testing, and participation in manufacturing improvement meetings and provide technical advice for manufacturing improvements.
• Formulations security.
• Ensure professional standard in laboratory practices and procedures and maintained testing equipments is in good conditions. Compliance with HSE rules and quality standards as well as chemical industry standards within the areas of responsibility.
:Carry Out:
• Fast and accurate Colour matching is performed for the customer.
• Product technology adaptation and product trials in meeting market needs and customer application specifications.
• Work closely with manufacturing operations to using up obsolete/redundant materials and approve production shop orders for manufacturing site.
• Accurate benchmarking and comprehensive project reporting on technology portfolio developments and progress in line with defined standards (customer’s requirement, cost and HSE)
:Special Requirement:
• Only for Male Chinese
• Experienced 2 – 3 in ink industry
:Qualification:
• University degree in Chemistry.
