Ph jemput semua parti pembangkang duduk berbincang utk hadapi bn.. tp jika pas enggan berbincang., ph akan teruskan tanpa pas.

Cuma ph nak beritahu rakyat.. jika pas menolak utk berbincang.. ia adalah kehendak pas sendiri.. bukan ph.

Takde isu nak tunggu pas bagai.. kita politik nak kehadapan.. bergerak laju.. takda masa nak balaghah ngan beratip bagai..

Rakyat nak delivery.. bukan retorik.

Antara projek-projek Kerajaan DAP Pulau Pinang yang berjaya.
1) 305 bays Kancil Car Park @ Penang Hill
- 7 years, build first then demolish and then rebuild. 3 missed deadlines costing RM56,500 per car park bay.or 3 times above original budgeted cost.
2) Medical Tourism Center at Taman Manggis.
- Awarded in 2010 at RM11.5 million to Phang Li Koon's boss to be completed within 3 years as per agreement to "boost" medical tourism and the economy of Penang.
- Instead of medical facilities, approval given became 6 floor hospital and 24 floors serviced apartments.
- 6 years ago, the land was an empty grassy field. later 6 years later, the land is sill empty empty grassy field with no construction work started. Owners try to sell off project at RM71 million but got busted by Rahman Dahlan.
3) RM6.34 billion Penang Tunnel and 3 roads.
- awarded in 2013. Despite hundreds of millions already paid for "studies",and RM3 billion of state land already signed to be pre-sold by the private company, studies will only be ready in 2017 (4 years later) and zero construction work has started despite original deadline to start work in early 2015.
- The Penang state PAC report on the tunnel project is also not tabled after one year.
4) Penang Local plan
- developed in 2008 and every year they say they will complete and gazette it.
- In 2014, Tokong says the plan is waiting for "translation" from English to BM because he loves the national language.
- 8 years later, the Local plan is still not gazetted and they pretend nothing happened already.
5) Penang Bicycle Route Masterplan
- launched in 2012 by Tokong, the plan includes a total 200km of bicycle lanes
- 4 years later, 12.5km has been completed at a cost of RM30 million and a total of 14km completed to date.
- based on rate of current progress, the bicycle master plan of 200km will be completed in the year 2072, only 60 more years from now.
