tak boleh setting brightness

aku baru format laptop hp touchsmart tm2 ni, lepas format dan install driver, tak boleh setting brightness, aku dh format lagi sekali, kat control panel bahagian display, xde menu utk setting brightness, guna keyboard x function, button lain ok, keyboard baru ganti, ada sape2 boleh bantu?

dah, hotkey utk brightness dah tekan kt keyboard, tp cuma kuar display setting brightness je, tekan2 x fungsi

pnah kena mcm ni gak..guna 2 tahun dah...anta center..kata mmg lcd prob...sib baik dalam warranty.

aku format lagi sekali, lps tu dh boleh setting brightness, tapi dia boleh terangkan je, nak malapkan balik x boleh, tekan hotkey x function

There should be some external tool for that anyway. If not you really should get some answer from the manufacturer support about that and if they say they cannot help you really need to get into some customer service for replacement of this notebook anyway.
