PC Issues System Thread Exception Not Handled

Hey there, I recently had a probably with windows 10. I was doing some personal stuff on my computer then all of a sudden a blue screen popped up saying THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED. If there's any way anyone can help that would be appreciated.

^^ commonly, THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED issues rose within WIndows 8 and WIndows 10, please make sure you have Windows Updates are enabled also please update manually Sound, Display and other related Mainboard drivers.

Nobody can help you probably, it looks like it's drivers problem, but still you do not explain anything regarding that so please do that first if you want some explanation on my action anyway. Can you really do that please? Let's talk more.
