Swinginvest is FULLY functional again. I have a lot to discuss so please read the email carefully.
#1. Reason why Swinginvest went down :
I had a death in the family and i had to leave. I posted that payments will be 2 days late while im out of the country. Few hours after i posted this, people already started filling stormpay claims and then stormpay froze my account. To top it off someone also messed up our egold account so it was one big mess. I was away from the country because of the death so i decided to put swinginvest on hold till i get back and take my time and fix all issues. Im back now and swinginvest is here to stay!
#2. Missing egold deposits:
Some of you had egold deposits that never showed up. The reason is that someone hacked the egold and took the money there. Here's what im going to do:
If you have a missing egold deposit, open a new ticket, Include your SWinginvest USERNAME, EGOLD #, BATCH #, and AMT of deposit and i will trace and credit your account within a few business days.
#3. Pending withdrawals:
ALL pending STORMPAY withdrawals will be processed within 3 days(72hrs). ALL pending EGOLD withdrawals will be processed within 7 days. The reason why egold withdrawals will take longer is because we had to get a new egold account and we are already moving funds to it now. It will take a few days for the funds to arrive there and also there's thousands of pending withdrawals so we want to give ourselves enough cushion.
Basically there are thousands of pending withdrawals so please give us time to process them.
#4. Your old account balance, referral comissions, etc:
Your account balance, referrals, etc, are still the same way it was. ALL your old swinginvest information is still available and nothing has changed. Your balances are still there, your referrals are still there, etc.
#5. Answer to common questions:
Before swinginvest went down, our forum was very active with a lot of users. If you have a question it will probably be fastest for you to just ask in the forum. Our forum is still up and running.
#6. Support tickets:
ALL old support tickets have been closed. PLEASE DO NOT Open a support ticket if it has to do with a pending withdrawal/refund. ALL pending withdrawals will be processed.
ONLY open a ticket if you have a missing egold deposit.
Once again our site is back to normal and we will be processing deposits/withdrawals as usual so please dont flood our ticket system asking for your money.
#7. Stormpay & Egold.
We have updated our stormpay & Egold Information. Please feel free to deposit using stormpay and egold. The information you see when you try to deposit is accurate.
NOW TIME FOR SOME VERY GOOD NEWS:
#8. Stormpay FEE: We have totally removed all fees for depositing using stormpay. What this means is that if you deposit $5 using stormpay, you get $5 in your account. No more fees for depositing to your Swinginvest account.
#9. New plans - We will be adding 2 new plans in the coming days.
#10. Better security: Swinginvest is now fully secure. We implemented a lot of new security features to prevent any unauthorized access.
