I am glad to inform you that everything is working smoothly at the moment. We had some trouble in the morning, as the site was not accessible due to 'Settings Broken' error. However, Goldcoders support fixed the error in an hour and they are claiming that, they found the actual problem this time and, that we will not encounter this problem again.

While doing so, the file which handles the automatic deposits was affected. That is the reason why we had cases of missing deposits since the morning. All the E-gold deposits between 6.30 AM EST and 7.30 PM EST today were not recorded.

Everything has been fixed now and automated deposits are working again. All the pending withdrawals have been paid out as well. We have around $4000 of missing deposits waiting to be claimed.

Why is some of my account balance on hold?
We have implemented a 24 hour "hold period" on withdrawals. Let me give you an example to make it clear: suppose you buy an upgrade of $100 in the Incremental plan on 25th Feb at 10 AM. Your earnings of $18 will accumulate in your account on 26th Feb at 10 AM. But you cannot withdraw that $18 since it will be 'on hold' until 27th Feb 10 AM. So, you can withdraw your $18 in earnings on 27th Feb 10 AM. The same applies for the Capital Plan.

Withdrawals will be instantly paid to your E-gold Account if it is up to $50 or less. However, in every 24 hours you can get instant withdrawals for maximum of $50 whether you make 5 withdrawals of $10 each or one single withdrawal of $50. Remember, here we are talking about Instant Withdrawals only. There is no limit on Manual withdrawals. If your withdrawal is more than $50 then it will be saved and manually paid by the Manager within 7 hours of request. Again, there is no limit on manual withdrawals.
