2) Today we have released a new version of the Smart Media Desktop.

This update contains the following exciting Browser enhancements:

New Visual Bookmarks System

A completely updated Visual Bookmarks system containing an unlimited number of categories and sub-categories.
The Online Bookmarks System will allow members to access and add to their Bookmarks from different computers.
The ability to import all your Bookmarks from FireFox to the Smart Media Super Browser with one click of your mouse. The Bookmarks will automatically be imported into the same categories and sub-categories as originally stored.

Two key updates were released this week to the Smart Media Browser this week.

Here are some of the new features released this week to the Visual Bookmarks system:

* Easier navigation for searching and entering a URL into the Website Address bar
* The ability to set your home page as you desire
* A new Quick Help screen (which we will continue to expand upon in the future)

Beta Testers wanted for the new 2.5 Version of
the Smart Media Desktop
which includes a new version of the Browser



We are delighted with the feedback from the handful of people already testing a 2.5 version and would now like to have our latest release of the Smart Media Desktop tested by more of our members.

Should you wish to participate in the beta testing, we would ask that you please give us your feedback through our support system and let us know if you experience any issues that need to be fixed.

Important: If you have previously added Bookmarks to your SMD then DO NOT uninstall your current version!

If you have Bookmarks in your current version, you will find that this new version keeps all of your bookmarks just as long as you do not uninstall your old version first. Simply install the new version without uninstalling the old version first.

We will launch our "Visual Bookmarks Cloud" soon, which will make it so that even uninstalling the SMD will not erase the bookmarks and so that a member can access their bookmarks by logging into any SMD from any computer in the world.
