Our company was established as a startup by some of former Compensair LTD and refund.me GmbH employees who were well-known experts in the field of airline compensation and legislation.
From the beginning of 2018 we worked as agents with the market leaders and established our own company in October 2018. It enabled to shorten the time of request processing and to improve customer service. We have planned a serious expansion of our business with entering the US market which will allow to double the number of customers and the company’s revenue as well.
