Ada x warga CG yg kerja MAHB? Aku interview minggu depan position Executive - IT ( Infrastructure Management ). Ada apa2 tips x?

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute the business process logical and physical descriptions, criticality of the subsystems and interrelation between the subsystems.
• Drives the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations and maintenance functions in order to ensure the best possible levels of service quality and availability are maintained (SLA and SLO).
• Supervises network technical staff in troubleshooting and managing network components.
• Manages all documentations and configurations of the troubleshooting activities; including work around solutions.
• Involve in the testing of software; upgrades and changes as well as integration tests of the subsystems.
• Recommends network solutions for operations and maintenance.
• Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed; stored or accessed by the network.
• Adhere to ISO; ISMS and OHSAS standard in doing day to day jobs.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science / Networking / Information Technology
• Networking Professional Certificate
• Good analytic abilities
