MOLPay Online Payment Gateway
MOLPay is Southeast Asia's leading payment gateway that processes more than MYR billion transaction a year. Our multi-channel solution enables e-commerce websites connected to comprehensive of domestic payment channels in single integration. We help to optimize business results by managing all your payment operations including payment acceptance and processing, fraud management to payment security. We offer in depth local payment channels across Malaysia as well as Southrast Asia, both online and offline including credit/debit card (Visa and MasterCard), local banks' e-debit or internet banking service, e-wallet and cash payment at physical outlets. There are 4 types of subcription plans offered to help merchants to accept online payment via MOLPay:
1. MOLPay Premium Plan is designed for small and medium-sized businesses (especially merchants have monthly turnover of RM5,000 and above) who are looking for the comprehensive and competitive payment solution to grow their e-commerce website.
2. MOLPay Lite Plan is suitable for SOHO or new businesses (especially merchants have not more than RM5,000 of transaction volume per month) who want to affordable payment solution to kick start their e-commerce website.
3. MOLPay FPX Plan is designed for helping microenterprises or merchants who using blog or social media platform to implement online payment easily via FPX.
4. MOLPay Physical Payment Plan is mainly for merchants who want to use MOLPay Physical Payment (or Payment by Cash) solution.
Registration Process
Phase 1
1. Merchant to submit required documentation to proceed pre-approval via email with MOLPay and get merchant account in advance with only E-Debit channel as:**
a. Merchant Service Agreement*
b. FPX Merchant Registration Form(Please just fill up page 1 & sign off on page 4 will do)
Noted:*Please ensure sign off for both Prepared by & Authorized by together with*company stamp*
c.*Sub merchant application form(Page2 Only)*
Noted:*Please get all director sign off and together with company stamp.*
d. Letter of Agreement**
e. Director Resolutions(For Sdn Bhd)*
f. Photocopy IC of Director*
g. Latest 3 months bank statement/one months for new company setup*
h. Company Registration Form[Sdn Bhd: Form 9, 24, & 49, Sole Proprietor & Partnership(Full Set)]*
I. Photo of signage & interior – For home base, just shoot the home workstation.*
Noted:*Can provide few photos*
J. Merchant Website to show:*- Contact No. & Email*- Refund & Return Policy*- Shipping Policy*- Privacy Policy*- Term & Condition*
2. This will take around 3-4 working days to proceed.*
Noted:*Started to count when all required documents completed and registration fee done.*
Phase 2
1. MOLPay to submit merchant application to bank proceed final approval for credit card channel
2. Bank will take approximately*three weeks*to proceed or more than it. MOLPay will try best to liaise closely for the approval status with bank.
3. Merchant to courier back above required documents in original copy to MOLPay asap when convenience.
