Sergey Mayzus - Personal Thread. HOW-TO

hehe.. gud question.. straight to the point..

yeah.. mayzus.. since u have so much knowledge about forex brokerage things, we all dying to know 'how to operate an unregulated broker?'

well, u used to owned liteforex right?.. which is unregulated (i heard so..), then it will be great if u can explain how to operate an unregulated broker?

So, I will try to explain the difference between UNREGULATED and REGULATED forex brokers.

Before I will go to the difference, I'm going to explain - what is FOREX. So, Forex is OVER THE COUNTER (OTC) market - this exactly means that this market is de-centralized. There is no etalon quotes, there is no common rules, there is no common regulation. There is a bazaar!

Every country understand, that they can not stop what happened and exists in the world. So, they can not stop FOREX, because of this market is not related to any country - this is BETWEEN of the countries - out of their control. What they can do - is only to stop an operators inside of their country. BUT.... There is a lobby - this is a high-profitable market!

And they try to regulate... Regulate the market on their territory - in order to get a benefit from this market. In order to get a control over this market. In order to protect customers - their citizens. Remember - this is very important - IN ORDER TO PROTECT CUSTOMERS!

And they do develop a rules. Rules of the game. Rules of the service. Clear rules, where they say - company has right for this, client has right for this.

They do control your capitalization, they do control your experience, they do control your services, they do control everything related to your business - in order to get benefit and in order to protect clients. They do REGULATE!

This is first point you need to understand. - FOREX and REGULATION on Forex.

If you have any questions on what I said in this post, please ask your questions. If this is clear for you - I will continue.

dalam banyak2 post dalam ni, selain bro lukpayat punya, pepatah ni mmg best...

perlu jadik pensyarah forex ke nak kena faham or tau pepatah ni yer?:-?

Tak yah jadi pensyarah pun....

but ini reality... Lukpayat ada crita about "self fulfilling prophecy" dalam kita berforex betul?

in life and trading pun.. Law of attraction pun memainkan peranan, cari torrent or baca buku "the secret" ada masuk panggung one time dulu kot..

:-?

please explain how does the regulation being enforced..
take example UWC.. does cyCEc do a routine checkup on ur operation?
or is it simply "write" out rules just like some government entities which are are doing things for the sake of doing it...

i asked this before..
how often do they audit? do they check your technical operation?
is "bucketing" allowed as per the regulation?

and lstly..

how many liquidity providers do UWC have?
where do you sell/buy the "bucketed mini/micro lots"? to bigger broker or to liquidity providers? or it never leave your servers?

thanks in advance
