Sape yang cube makan sorang tuh? Si majusi ni ker? Die ni memang kalau boleh nak bolot sume trader kat Malaysia ni, pastu buruk2kan broker lain ape punye perangai la. Kesian aku tengok kat broker lain, diorang pun nak carik makan jugak, profesional la sikit kalau nak niage tuh. Skg ni dah ade 3 broker, tahun depan x tau bape broker lagi die nak bukak...

hehehe...bukan mayzus ni ler...broker dia mana ada masuk TV ...huhuhuhu....... broker2 yang mayzus kondem kat tread dia nie sebenar hubungkait dengan satu broker besar dan kalau ko perasan broker tu tak der iklan kat forum nie tapi MONOPOLI iklan kat forum sebelah.... huhuhuhuhu

Broker yang di kondem oleh mayzus nie lah buat ONAR kat dunia Forex Malaysia.... kenapa ? mengapa ? erm... susah nak cakap sbb tak mo keruhkan lagi keadaan .....

Kebanyakan broker under Mayzus nie dia cuma ado SAHAM atau SHARE ajer dan bukan wholly owned.... huhuhuhuhu so kalau broker buat prob maybe dia akan keluarkan semua share dia....

Community member asked me for the information regarding http://cfd.tradeviewforex.com and I did a research. And what I found, you see now.

What I can say you - something really wrong with them...

First of all - the Canadian legislation requires canadian brokers to be regulated in Canada. They mention they are canadian company - this means they must have a Canadian license, even if they are IB of Boston Merchant Financial Services - they must have an IB license...

Canadian broker accepting Canadian clients needs to have a Securities licence, which makes them accountable to government regulations.They only deal with non-Canadian and non-U.S. customers to avoid any type of regulation.

There is no forex licensing in Canada, and they're are not required to obtain a security license if no Canadian clients are accepted. Canada office is for "Offshore Division" off BMFN/TVF.

Next, their domain registrtion is anonymous domain registration registered through Domains by Proxy... This is very starnge for regulated entities.

Their domain www.tradeviewforex.com using Domain by Proxy because this is offshore division of their bussiness. Same like FXCM, Alpari and other US based forex broker that open their offshore division because of new NFA rules.

Next, their address is MAIL FORWARDING address - This is Inpossible for regulated companies.

Ok, eventhough they're using Mail Forwarding.. they have REAL OFFICE beside the place for Mail Forwarding. Here is the address :

First, you need to understand BMF/TVF is a huge company and they have many division. They're working with same name and management with many office worldwide. They're not working like your forex broker which is different name and different entity to lure people/trader to join them. All of their customer know them very well and have a good relationship with all of their division.

Of course they're not using NFA licensed to accept Webmoney and other payment processor to do business. They have their own offshore division. For Malaysian trader we're not regulated by NFA and Finra. I've told many times about this to all my clients and in our own thread. We Malaysian is under jurisdiction of their offshore division. That's why we're Malaysian can hedging and no FIFO rules. Here is the legal reply from PolyReg for their offshore division :

and a lot of very interesting things... Any way, as I told you, they are operating illegally, and i will show you this.

I think you're afraid of competitor.. that's why you acted like this. I know you're intense here is good to educate people.. but please don't ever interfere into something which is not within your knowledge and please make a research first before posting something here. It will make you look very eager want to lure people to join your forex broker and gain follower using this kind of strategy.
