Sergey Mayzus - Personal Thread. HOW-TO

i always thought that you are a wise man who only talks about good things. but when i saw u wrote this, then i must say that you are a ****** businessman that wants to try to gain control of forex market in malaysia, especially in CG.

tradeviewforex is a regulated broker. check NFA, FFMS & FINRA website for proof. for polyreg, you just have to send them an email.

do your homework before you speak, a*****e.

My Friend,

I would recommend you to be more selective in your wordings.

Would you like me to send an official request to the IIROC (http://www.iiroc.ca)??? I do not find Tradeview Forex at http://www.iiroc.ca/English/About/OurRole/Pages/DealersWeRegulate.aspx

tradeviewforex - I did not found any regulatory information on their web site. Regulatory bodies require regulated business to provide their regulatory information (including license number) on the web site. They are not providing, this means they are not regulated or do not follow regulatory requirements. Try to ask them question about regulation :) - may be they will tell you - "we are pending license...", which is also illegal.

pending license which is illegal

but why regulator allow them to start first before getting the license.. or it just getting approval from the bodies

Very good day Mayzus,

Wanna ask about broker awards.. I found that some broker has got the title like " best broker award of the year"

1) who give the title.. who vote that broker
2)) some broker pending for license or illegal

Any comment....

Regulator DO NOT ALLOW to provide service without license! No one!!!

1) Heh :) It is a nice question. I do not know, how to answer this.
2) can not understand your question.

Go do your homework 1st. Where's uwc in ffms? Arent uwc a russian based broker? If you want to ask, then ask. From what i know, they are regulated by nfa, finra, ffms and polyreg. So why ask canadian regulation body when then dont even say that they are regulated by them? Its you who should choose your word. Go eat your own words.

Dear Sergey,

Forex brokers - YES. Stock brokers - NO.

It is easy to understand - when you trade shares - there is a centralized place - STOCK EXCHANGE.

When you trade FOREX - there is NO centralized place - broker offers you prices, you decide - Buy or Sell or do nothing.

for question

1) means the award is confirmed.

2) one of broker you attack is the best broker ( I AND YOU DONT KNOW WHY THAT BROKER HAS GOT THE TITLE) ... some are not regulated and pending license ...its confusing me.

Regarding awards...

Actually, this is a question of money and advertisement. For example - you, I'm and your friend meet together... And decide - Let's issue BEST FOREX BROKER AWARD to the FXOpen :) Call FXOpen and say - we issued a BEST FOREX BROKERAWARD! Give us $100 to buy it in the souvenir shop :)

When you have applied for the license and still not obtained it (pending license) - You are not authorized to provide service which is subject of the license. If regulatory authority who are reviewing your application will know that you are providing service being not yet licensed - this might be reason of license rejection.
