I make a business, hire and train management team... Give them largest part of the share capital (keeping with my family 35%) and jo to build another business.

This is not only forex-related - I have a lot of businesses - insurance, security, construction, shiping, aviation...

my idea..go for the regulated broker..and make sure they are really regulated.
In case something go wrong..we can report to the regulation bodies.

if we are tealking about CYPRUS, CYSEC would be enough..just my 2cents!

Yes. The better is to go the regulated - REALLY REGULATED! but please avoid companies with Mauritius Global Business License - this is not regulation, this is just shet of paper.
