Actually, I was a founder of InstaForex. After, 65% of share capital of InstaForex was transferred to the current management of the company. A holding, related to my family holds 35% of InstaForex. So, I do not control and do not take any part in the decisions related to the any of the operations of the company, just receive benefit as a minor shareholder.

The same was happened with LiteForex today - my family has transferred 65% of share capital to the management of the company and become minor shareholder.

You've seen my activity in the threads of this forum, and ofcourse, you have questions - why I'm doing this?

First one was actcfx.com - my partner asked me a serious question - why United World Capital do not accept liberty, webmoney, cash and local payments? I told him a lot of times - the world after 9/11 has been changed... We can not accept uncontrolled money, we can not do moneyloundering, we can not accept cash, we can not accept black and gray money. We can not! This all! We do not want such things happened again.

But one day he show me a "NFA-regulated" company, who accept cash, black money, gray money - who do whatewer they want. This company was actcfx.com. I told him - this is a fake and started the investigation, I have financed this investigation... And result - THIS COMPANY IS A FAKE AND SCAM!

This issue was forced me to start my personal thread, where I'm personally trying to explain you every aspect of financial activity, brokerage business... Where I'm trying to show you the colors - where is black, where is gray, and where is white. I understand the interests outside, the interests of the people, who is trying to say - black is white and white is balck - just making you blind using words.

Next one was a FXCompany. This was a result of the continued investigation, I was discovering that their address is the same as the address of FXOpen. I just asked an easy question - WHY? There was no answer, just words of supporters and anonymous people who started to say something like "**** you, mayzus". But I still not received an answer.

Let's continue... Forex4You - I asked ONE EASY question - what is the relation between LELYUK (NordFX) - KLEMENKO (FXOpen) and REGUH (Forex4you). Easy question, is not it? And what happened? We received a tons of black PR related to the decision of DO NOT advertise with CariGold of Forex4You. What thay said? Just do an analysing.

Other things you have seen from me - just official press releases of the Cyprus (European Union) regulator telling the names of the scam companies. What we received in result? Mayzus - yahudi mayzus - scam nothing more... Just anonymous saying.
