Yes. The better is to go the regulated - REALLY REGULATED! but please avoid companies with Mauritius Global Business License - this is not regulation, this is just shet of paper.

My question is

1) What is different between regulated and unregulated broker in terms of statement above, why should trader aware?
2) Is there any entity will responsible. Name it instead of broker itself? Insurance :-?:-?

Hello.

This depends on the jurisdiction of the regulation. For example - if the broker have a license from Mauritius - AKA Global Business License, your funds are completely not safe.

For the European Union regulated brokers there is an EU directive named MiFID. This directive requires a broker to be a member of the Government Investors Compensation Fund.

United World Capital is a member of the Cyprus Investors Compensation Fund, which guarantees the safety of client's funds providing insurance for up to the amount of EUR 20,000 ( aprox$30,000) per each individual investor in case of the company failure (bancrupcy).

If you do not like us, I would recommend you MIGBank, but not Dukascopy because of Dukas is not bank, but in accordance with the new Swiss regulation, only banks can provide FOREX.

P.S. May I know why you do not like us?
