Responsibilities

• Overall in charge og Quality Management System(QMS) at SKPB as well as Group wide.
• Develop, maintain and continually review form improvement, SKPB Group Quality Management and Assurance framework.
• Lead all Quality related initiatives at SKPB and work with Division and Operating Company to create or enhance Quality awareness or standards.
• Ensure implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of QMS in HQ and subsidiaries in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
• Responsible for management of QMS audit programme at SKPB and overseeing QMS audit plan at Division or Operation Company.
• Liaise with the subsidiaries quality management representatives (QMRs) on QMS matters.
• Assist In implementation and maintenance of QMS at SKPB and provide assistance on the same Group wide.
• Develop contractors performance requirements guidelines to ensure their work are performed in accordance with QMS requirements.
• Develop QMS documentation structure and control mechanism.
• Source and maintain information related to national/international standards, industry specific guidelines and requirements.
• Provide advice on QMS related matters to Corporate Division and Operating company.
• Assess and report on QMS performance, and coordinate review of QMS suitability and effectiveness as a basis for ongoing improvement.
• Coordinate QMS training.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, contractors, certification bodies on QMS matters.

Requirement

• Minimum with a Bachelor Degree from a recognized and reputable University. Candidate qualified in Engineering or Accounting fields are preferred. Minimum 12 years of working experiences as Quality Management preferably in Oil & Gas, Construction or Engineering companies. Excellent communication skills with strong command of spoken and written English

• Ability to influence others and posses perseverance.
