Sy mewakili syarikat client sy yg merupakan anak syarikat Kementerian Kewangan. Diorg tgh cari Male Candidates to fill Senior HR Executive (Organisation Development& Training) position .Gaji dalam RM4K ke RM6K sebulan Sila rujuk details dibawah untuk further information:

The responsibilities::Assist to establish, develop and execute all Human Resource and Organizational Development (OD) initiatives in learning & development, performance management, career development, succession planning and competencies framework areas.
:Identify employee training and development needs and to prepare training plan.
lan, co-ordinate, administer and facilitate training and development programs to maximize growth and career development of the employees.
:Assist to develop new, improving and reviewing existing HR policies and procedures.
:Establish and maintain HR related database and produce statistic reports.
:Conduct some HR related workshops for internal staff.
:Spearhead the innovation initiatives.


Requirements::Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or equivalent.
:Min 5 years experience in Human Resource (experience in Training & Organizational Development would be an added advantage).
ossess strong analytical skills, good communications and writing skills.
:Strong Project Management skills.
:Good presentation skills.
C literate and proficient in MS Office Applications.
:Good leadership qualities and possess high level of confidentiality.
:Well verse in labour and other related law.
