After payment of $7 via any of the ff. processors:

You will get:
16 Digit Visa card Number
3 digit CVV2 Number and Expiry date

Your 4 Digit Verification Code (Expanded use Number) will be provided after you added the vcc details to your paypal account.

Note:
USA , UK , Australia , Canada paypal accounts also need a bank account for full verification.

Comes preloaded with approx $2.50 since Paypal as you know will test charge your account with $1.95 so when they return it, you save $1.95

Instruction for verifying (once vcc is provided)

* Log into paypal and click "get verified"
* Fill in the details that I have provided and click "add card"
* Then on the next page enroll in expanded program by clicking "Get expanded number" Make sure to complete this process.
(You will also receive a mail from paypal asking for a 4 digit no.)
* Email/PM me asking for that number (4 digit)
* I will give you this number and you just fill into your PP acct.
* You're instantly verified.


Note: VCC expires 36hrs after creating, so better use it before that.
