What is REIT?Picture a REIT as a Real Estate Stock. Instead of purchasing stock of single corporations, an holder of REIT units is investing in a portion of a administered pool of real estate.
The income is generated through renting, leasing and selling property and distributes it straight to REIT investors regularly.
