kalau subsales..lepas sign LOI boleh je amik kunci kalau owner nak bagi..kalau undercon kena tunggu CCC

jadual ni antara bank dengan pemaju..kalau bayar sendiri pun akan folow jadual nie

blingbling - CCC tu apa? adakah bayaran yang terakhir tu selesai,pembeli akan dapat kunci? (maaf,1st time beli rumah)
nazting-kiranya stage nih belum dapat kunci lagi ke?

saper boleh terangkan tak apa maksud nih:
5. On the date the Purchaser takes vacant possession of the said Parcel as in item 3 and to be held by the Vendor's solicitor as stakeholder for payment to the Vendor as follows:
a. two point five per centum ( 2.5%) at the expiry of eight (8) months after the date the Purchaser takes vacant possession of the said Parcel; and
b. two point five per centum (2.5%) at the expiry of twenty-four (24) months after the date Purchaser takes vacant possession of the said Parcel.

Lepas dapat kunci, lawyer developer pegang 2.5%, lepas 8 bulan baru dia lepaskan bayaran tu, lagi 2.5% lepas 24 bulan baru lawyer lepaskan. Ni untuk cover kalau ada apa2 isu yg timbul selepas owner dapat kunci/pindah masuk.
stage ni dah dapat kunci la erk?
kiranya bayaran tak habis lagi,pembeli dah dapat kunci?
