Changes in the trading platform operation schedule

We’re informing you about the changes in the operation schedule of RoboOption trading platform, during the Easter holidays:

April 3rd 2015 - EU & US assets including stock, indices and commodities, as well as "60 Seconds" binary options will not be available. Other instruments are available for trading until 5:00 PM server time (UTC+2).

April 6th 2015 – trading "60 Seconds" binary options will start at 12:00 PM server time (UTC+2). Other instruments are available for trading as usual.

After April 7th, 2015, the above-mentioned instruments will be available for trading as usual. Please, take into account these changes in schedule when planning your trading activity.

Improvement of authorization system of RoboOption platform

Dear Clients and Partners!

We’re pleased to inform you that RoboOption has changed the account authorization system of RoboOption trading platform, thus making the platform more convenient to users. The changes have affected the necessity to re-enter the account password while you’re in your Members Area and the duration of the platform trading session.

Here’s the list of the major changes:

• You have to enter your real account password only once during the whole period while you’re logged in to your Members Area.
• Now you have the opportunity to cancel password request for your real account; this option can be modified in "Personal info" section of your Members Area.
• After the trading session is over, your demo account password is not requested.
• The duration of the platform trading session is no longer limited.

We’d like to remind you that the recommended browser for trading through RoboOption platform is Google Chrome.

Improvement of "Welcome bonus" conditions

Changes in the trading platform operation schedule

Dear Clients and Partners!

We’re informing you that due to the public holidays in the USA (Memorial Day) and the United Kingdom (Late May Bank Holiday) on May 25th, 2015, and because U.S & U.K Exchanges as well as Hong Kong and Switzerland Exchanges will remain close for the entire day, RoboOption trading platform will operate according to the following schedule.

The platform will operate under the normal trading hours, but with a few adjustments and modifications:

• All U.S, European and Asian based assets including stock and Indices will not be available.

• Starting 5:00 PM (UTC+3), the platform payouts will offer a fix 70-73% except for on the Major FX pairs that will continue to offer their regular payouts up to a Max of 80% (EUR/USD, AUD/USD, USD/JPY, EUR/JPY,GBP/USD, USD/CHF, EUR/GBP).

• No commodities will be available except for Oil, Gold, Gold/Eur and Silver that will be available until 6:00 PM (UTC+3).

• 60 sec trading – starting 5:00 PM (UTC+3), it will be available on preferred assets only.

After May 26th, 2015, the above-mentioned instruments will be available for trading as usual. Please, take into account these changes in schedule when planning your trading activity.
