We are promoting and cross-selling of banking products e.g credit card, personal loan, insurance and unit trust. We are based in Kuching, Sarawak. In line with our sales expansion, our MBF sales group is looking for:-
Remote Team Supervisor
• Open to individuals from Sabah and Peninsula
• Working independently
• Sales oriented
Responsibilities:-
• Hire part time Sales Agent and build your own sales group
• This is a sales oriented job and one has to be outgoing and sociable
• Lead a Sales Agent and compile their sales submission before submit to our Kuching office
Who should apply?
• Outgoing person
• Sales-oriented, e.g currently in MLM, insurance agents, business owner etc
• Who can hire part time Sales Agent as many as you can either through direct approach or through online advertisement
What you get?
• You get commission from approved sales of your Sales Agent submit to us
Target:-
• Our Submission Minimum target is 200 submissions per month.
• Approval rate is around 70%.
• Approved Sales target is 200 x 70% = 140 approved card
• To achieve this 140 approved card per month, a Remote Team Supervisor are required to hire at least 20 NEW PART TIME SALES AGENT every month.
• Commission for Remote Team Supervisor is RM30 per approved sales. If you achieve the 140 target, your commission will be RM30 x 140 = RM4200
• WITHOUT doing sales, but what you have to do is HIRE and COMPILE AGENTS SUBMISSION and SUBMIT to our Kuching office.
How to hire?
• Direct approach e.g your own friends, colleague etc
• Your downline (if your are doing MLM etc)
• Online free advertisement e.g. mudah. Cari etc
• Online community website e.g facebook, twitter, blog, friendster
