asalamualaikum

saya perlukan pertolongan dari kawan2..

senario problem saya camni

dua minggu lepas saya nak withdraw tp duit masuk balik dalam akaun, witdraw masuk balik dalam akaun sampai la sekarang... pastu antar support ticket ... walaupon aku x pandai ckp omputih .. bunyi nyer lebih kuarang camnih:

i withdrawn from my account about two days ago but it transfer back to my
liteforex account. today i make it again and need it to be prosessed
a.s.a.p because i need the money urgently.

So dari apa jawapan yang diberi pada aku tu yang membuat kan aku
rasa lagi bermasalah sebab mengikut AML policy yang bunyinye camnih :

Deposits and Withdrawals

LiteForex requires all deposits, where the name of the originating customer is present, to come from the name matching the name of the customer in our records. Third party payments are not accepted.

As for withdrawals, money may be withdrawn from the same account and by the same way it was received. For withdrawals where the name of the recipient is present, the name must exactly match the name of the customer in our records.
If the deposit was made by wire transfer, funds may be withdrawn only by wire transfer to the same bank and to the same account from which it originated.
If the deposit was made by means of electronic currency transfer, funds may be withdrawn only by the means of electronic currency transfer through the same system and to the same account from which it originated.

OK the biggest problem is aku deposit pkai ebullion , k. And macam semua orang tahu withdraw xleh pkai ebullion , right?.
so aku withdraw pkai LR (ecurrency gak kan?dah ebullion xleh pkai)
BUT diorang tetap cakap ikut policy nih : ~X( ~X(

Ok bagi aku...klau ada ape2 masalah senang chat terus dengan support dorang ..mungkin kat sini IB kita sibuk..so ko gi install ICQ(chat) dan ambik nombor ICQ support Lite

So apaer2 hal direct chat ngn dorang ..memang fast untuk selesaikan masalah
