QEHS Manager (Based in Head Office) Subang Jaya
Process Improvement & Procurement Division
Report to: Assistant Director
Responsibilities:
§ Responsible for maintenance and further enhancement of QEHS Management System in HQ and all branches according to the latest standards/requirement
§ Spearhead, lead and implement all QEHS initiatives within the Company as well as projects and requirements from regional offices (Singapore, China & Japan)
§ Liaise with all relevant authorities, contractors, certification bodies on the matters related to QEHS management systems
§ Prepare and perform internal audits, incident investigations as well as aspect, impact, hazard and risks assessment to ensure QEHS program are implemented effectively and in compliance to requirements
§ Propose, coordinate and implement environmental social activities
Requirements:
§ Degree in Environmental Science or any related field of studies with good SPM result
§ Certified in ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001
§ Prefer a certified Safety Officer by NIOSH with 4-5 years of relevant working experience in QEHS Management System with at least 3 years in managerial role
§ Knowledge in Green Procurement or Confidentiality Management System will be an advantage.
§ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English & Mandarin written & spoken
§ Able to work independently, organized, meticulous, resourceful and responsible.
