Every day is a beautiful day to begin a new journey. PTV is a life changing journey that we hope you are joining us on.

Our Support Focus:

Today we'd like to make sure you know about our forum. The chat room is wonderful for fast questions. However, there are some who feel uncomfortable with asking questions there. For those we currently have our forum. Some of our moderators and advanced members will answer your questions relatively quickly although we do not provide a timeframe for these answers.

The forum serves its purpose also, in that you can get to know others, read any missed information, say hi to old acquaintances and find out about any contests that we are having there as well. You can go back and read posts from the Admin that provides wonderful insight into the progression of the journey we have taken to date. Please make sure you sign up for our forum. It's free and you can sign up and read even before you become a member.

News:

Our newsletter is developing and we are going to attempt to keep it in readable segments. Any new information will be placed in this section. Not every day will contain news as many days there will be no changes. Keep an eye on this section for any breaking announcements however, because when we do have it you will find it here.

Questions:

This section will obviously contain the answers to the questions we find people asking the most often. Today we would like to address another question that we hear frequently in the chat room:

“Am I allowed to sign up my family under me?”

The answer is yes and no. Please signup all immediate family members using the regular ptvpartner.com link leaving off any affiliate ID at the end. However, you may refer other family members and yes, you may have more then one account from each IP address. Each account needs to contain its own unique information but otherwise there is no restriction regarding the IP.

Processor/Exchanger Focus:

Recently there have been a lot of difficulties for StrictPay on the member's side. While we as a company are not finding it particularly a problem, many members are seeing some difficulties in using them currently. The anticipation is that this is a short term thing and not an ongoing problem. We encourage our members to consider their use of processors as is best for each situation. To date StrictPay has always been reliable and we do not foresee that changing at this time.

Support Focus

Today we would like to feature our blog. While many are used to blogs and what they are all about, some are not. A blog contains series of articles, normally daily and can be on a wide range of topics. It can be controversial, emotional, newsworthy, interest stories, etc. Our blog will feature a bit of all of these. Right now, you will find articles that have been primarily focused on US happenings and opinions. Many will not agree with all the articles that we place on our blog. How do I withdraw from my account?

Log in to your account. Select Withdraw Funds at the bottom of the new site page. You must withdraw to the same processor you deposited from. Once there, select Payment method, Request Amount, insert the Security Code you crreated after the validation process...then click Withdraw Money.

The method of payments have been explained to many members before. The payout requests made through out the day are filed at Zurich Midnight. That is the payout requests made through out the day are collected at Zurich Midnight and from then it takes 24 hours for the payments to be processed. So when we say 24 hours, it means 24 hours from the Zurich Midnight on the day you've requested the payment. Hope that clears the confusion.
