Purpose of the Role

Coordination of all activities regarding proposal issue to the Client

Responsibility

• Preliminary identification and analysis of project risks
• Identification of potential project partners for possible alliances / synergies
• Technical and economical analysis of tenders, both public and private
• Inside coordination of departments involved in the tender, until awarded
• Analysis of tender docs, of cost estimations and of bid engineering
• Process of commercial bids and of proposals for clients
• Negotiation activities with client
• Fulfillment and collection of documents to obtain the qualification to tender
• Participation in business negotiations
• Involvement in the bid follow up to reach the final negotiation step
• Implementation of technical solutions
• Collaboration with Management in budgeting and target achieving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Minimum with (5) five years experience in the engineering field particular with Pressure Vessels, Columns, Reactors and Heat Exchangers
• Good Organizational behavior required: flexibility, interpersonal skills and negotiation, decision-making, good analytical skills and problem solving.
• Familiar with products, materials and equipment;
• Good proficiency in English language and of computers
• Well verse in trade markets, customers and suppliers
