• Establish policy and develop and maintain procedures relating to state-of-the art management information control systems
• Provide commerical input and technical review of tenders and major proposals
• Ensure that budget forecasts, progress monitoring, cost reporting and corrective action information systems procedures
• Supervise other Corporate Estimating, Cost Engineering and Planning staff and exercise functional control over field project
:Experience:
Minimum 15 years experience in estimating, costing and/or planning of multi-disciplind projects.
:Qualification:
• BSc (Engineering) or above.
