No one will know it will be him next time but a very very very small few which would be the first two or three person he asked to promote the program.

The only way we found out who the admin was, is because the STP account has been used for many, many years so everybody who knows him can realize that this is actually his STP account.

Then think that he contacted the exact same person to launch his program as UWW.
Then he followed the exact same procedure of keeping everything secret until launch.
He follows the same strategy of keeping some amount of money locked for him in the system that he can fully control.
He uses the exact same designer and programmer as well.

His STP account username is : wasim889, I have payments from this account from many years ago when we had to do some exchange and whatever and I know other people that knows this as well.

There are high but very high chances that Amit Dhamija is also involved as they were partners in UWW.
I don't have a way to confirm it but somehow we always exchange an email or something when a program like this launches but this time he didn't contact me.

They are both from India, New Delhi.
