Job Descriptions:
-Source goods and services from local and overseas suppliers at competitive prices and terms.
-Liase with Suppliers to ensure on timely delivery goods and services. Monitor goods delivery and maintain proper records to match good ordered against delivered and liase with finance team to reconcile and make payments on time.
-Ensure goods delivered meet the specified requirements
-Carry out market survey to identify reliable sources of goods and services
-Monitor & evaluate suppliers performance & maintaining good working relationships with suppliers.
-Ensure all purchases complies with the Procurement Policies and procedures
-Liase with production and marketing team to develop new sources of goods.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
-Preferably with 1 – 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
-Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, responsible, committed, highly effective, dynamic and results-oriented.
-Pleasant character, resourceful & able to work with sincerity on own initiative.
-Responsible and able to work independently under pressure.
-Possibly dealing with suppliers in China. Conversant in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Working Day: Monday to Friday [Saturday - working at 1st week only]
Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 hours
