1.1 Responsibilities

*

The ideal candidate is one that has great written and verbal communication and interpersonal*skills, a strong

competitive attitude, self motivation and exceptional work ethic. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip

successful candidates with the professional competency*and knowledge to conduct analysis on client’s financial

situations, construct portfolios and implement effective strategies. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,

Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.

• Increase portfolio-held Preferred customers’ product holdings and assets managed.

• Ascertain customer’s financial standing and needs via the Bank’s prescribed methodology.

• Analyze customer’s needs by providing professional advice and alternatives/solutions using knowledge

of bank’s products and services as* to recommend appropriate bank products.

• Build and deepen relationship with customers through excellent service as to maximize on cross-sell and

referral opportunities.

• Provide quality portfolio management service, through service, follow up and sales.

• To actively manage retention and growth of customers through the different segments.

• Strengthen customer service capabilities by following closely to required standards.

• Actively participate and provide feedback in department’s sales planning to generate effective action

plans to meet / exceed sales targets.

• Logging of service statistics, complaints, enquiries, ad hoc customer surveys

• Comply with Group Policy and Standards, local laws and regulations of the Bank.

2.1 Requirements

Job Requirement


• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.

• 1-2 years of work experience in Sales – Banking /Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.

• Knowledge of Bank's products is an added advantage.

• Good work etiques and Has great Leadership capabilities

• Target Driven and Self Motivated and Sales and service oriented

• Consistent work history with minimal “job hopping” on CV.* Long Durations of Tenure at prior

organizations Preferred.

• Ability to read, speak, write/spell in English in Proficient Manner

• Mandarin speaker will be an advantage

• Preferable Candidates with the knowledge of Banking products or from the Banking industry background

• Excellent communication and networking skills especially when dealing with high net worth customers

• Applicants must be willing to work as an Indoor Sales Executive in Menara LYL,Petaling Jaya.
